This is a fabulous authentic Georg Jensen sterling silver bowl. Georg Jensen was a world famous silversmith. He was Danish and lived between 1866 - 1935. The size of this bowl makes it extremley desirable. The hallmark shows that it was handmade in the 1930s. It is very finely hand-wrought and has the typical superb quality and design of Jensen. It could be used as a fruit bowl or punch bowl.  However it is really an object of art to be admired and appreciated by the collectors eye. The quality and condition are excellant.
