This is a fantastic set of silveroverlay hotplates, recently
aquired from a local household. They are American, made in the
1950s by the famous silversmiths Webster and Co. in New York.
They are made of heat resisting glass covered in silveroverlay.
Their main function being to protect your dining table from
hot plates and tureens and of course ideal to put under a
hot tea pot or coffee pot. They are not only very beautiful, but
also very practical and functional.
This set includes the following:
14 x 6 inch ~ 15.5 cm. coasters.
6 x 8 inch ~ 20.5 cm. coasters.
1 x 10 inch ~ 25.5 cm. coaster.
I would be happy to sell them in 2 x smaller sets.
