This is a very elegant sterling teapot / coffee pot. It is a very sort after design made by the American silversmiths Reed and Barton. It was designed by the Italian  architect Gio Ponti in 1958. The design is called 'The Diamond.' The coffee pot holds 9 normal cups that is circa 3 pints ~ circa 1.5 litres. The quality and condition are excellant.

The total weight is 900 gramm.

Height:  12.25 ins. ~ 31 cm. including finial.

Width: 7.5 ins. ~ 19 cm. including spout and handles.

Base diameter: 3 ins. ~ 7.5 cm.
